You have to use national ranking because teams are from different states. In any event, rankings are not perfect. Loudoun's team that had 15K ranking points lost to a team that only had 2K ranking points in the final. That low ranked team turned out to the best team in WAGs top bracket.

Does your coach actually sit around and talk to the parents about how good or bad other teams are and how tough their schedule is?
Only pointing out facts. Sorry if your coach told you that winning the second bracket in a second tournament against lower ranked teams is an accomplishment. But you might want to put the tourney in perspective if you and your fellow parents just think that Loudoun players are going to flock to an inferior FCV team this spring.
