I don’t wake up everyday at 5:00, but it’s generally between 5:00 and 5:30. Sometimes, I’m up at 4:00. I don’t use an alarm clock. I go to bed around 9:00, asleep around 9:30.

I've never needed much sleep, mostly because I keep my energy level so high from exercise. I'm in the gym twice a day, mornings before work, and afternoons before I get home.
