I actually thought they did it very tastefully, there is little to no reference of the assault, they are making fun of his entitled and partisan attitude.

This is what SNL does. Watch it or don't, your choice. It's tasteful that they didn't try to imitate or mock the victim and her testimony since she is not a political figure. Kavanaugh is fair game, though.
