My DH was clean shaven when we met years and years ago. Now he’s got a beard and mustache and I don’t like it. It’s tough for me to get into kissing him for more than a quick peck as his facial hair is annoying and I don’t find his as attractive.

That’s the truth of it. If he’s shave it all off, I’d me more into kissing him passionately.

This is very true. Lifelong monogamy kills passion. Our culture dictates monogamy, but when you lift the covers and see how people are really behaving it is clear that monogamy is completely unatural.

I prefer kissing DH when he’s clean shaven. Ironic because I find him more attractive with a beard. My skin has become more sensitive with age and can’t take beard/ mustache prickle. So try shaving.

Also you really can’t expect every kiss to be a make out session. There’s a time and a place. I’m not going to tongue my DH down when trying to get the kids fed, off to school or to bed. It’s cliche but true make sure you are pulling your weight around the house. Men who basically exist as additional children are not attractive. There’s also more time for fun and more energy if she’s not doing most of the work.
Romance her. You whine about how she used to do it 10 years ago. I bet you have changed in 10 years. Do you still write her little love notes, give her flowers just because, whisper in her ear she looks beautiful? You want her to act like when you were dating well make her feel special like you did Barack then. Good luck.

I won't even kiss DH when he has facial hair. I have sensistive skin and it causes hives/rash. So, he shaves because we like kissing each other. For us, it is a thing.

DH’s breath stinks.

Since my dh has grown a moustache and short beard I find kissing much more uncomfortable. Try shaving or moisturizing your moustache.

Yup. We don't really get romantic time to get in the mood at length like we used to, and making out from 0 mph nowadays is a turnoff for me. I don't have a great solution, it's an issue of small kids who don't sleep.
