I bet your dh spends a crazy amount of time on his social media sites, the net, and playing video games. He just doesn't see your child's safety/well being as a priority. Sad.

This. My dh absolutely gags and has thrown up a couple ones right after changing Dds poopy diapers or underwear during accidents. And it's happened multiple times and he kept doing it because he's her dad and it's his responsibility. When we were both home he still offered and did it even if it was so easy to just ask me to do it as I'm not bothered by it.
