Hygienists don’t

Oops, meant to say, hygienists on average make $70K. Not exactly rich.

and what a gross job! There's some nasty ass people out there. And the cleans ones are probably pretty gross as well.

I found that I got over the grossness of bodily fluids in my job very quickly. In fact cleaning a turd off the floor was the easiest part of my week!

I wouldn't think this was "easy" per OP's post.

It's day in-day out of dirty work, literally, and I would think it would be so tedious. And a bit awkward in that you can't really talk with your patient given their mouth is wide open.

U only have to go to school for 2 years and will be earning around $70k to $85k. Work in a rich suburb dental office that only opens 4 days a week.

Which actually is an important lesson in looking for this sort of BS job. The market tends to work these out of their system.

My dentist suggested this to me when I was in HS. I wish I had listened to him.

Re: dental hygienists (DH)

Of course men's hand maidens make much less than the men who delegate their "dirty work" to them. (I know dentists CAN be men...but have you EVER met a male DH?)

Show me proof the AVERAGE pharm rep makes good money. I heard it's a brutal and sh-tty job for most. And I heard the pay starting out is peanuts?
