Again, I think frame is important. I am 5 9 with a broad-shouldered frame and I think I look way too skinny if I go below 135.

No, we don't. And it really seems insecure and needy to go on an anonymous forum to put in one's height and weight and hope for validation.

160 lbs of muscle would not be chubby.
