Come on, on that same page, she looks noticeably more buxom up top, but not so in shots lower down. Not even a different angle can amplify that much. The top photo is clearly doctored; the edge of her body and dress look artificial.

Yes, she did. Her name is Her Royal Highness Rachel Meghan Mountbatten-Windsor, Duchess Of Sussex. But even Harry just went by Harry of Wales when using his last name.
