When I’ve seen them they’ve been names, or names and birthdates or even pictures (I’ve never known anyone personally to do the latter). None of those types of tattoos appeal to me. A symbol or something would be fine but just a name or bday is silly for a tattoo, in my opinion.
Why would another person's child's name need to appeal to you? You must be one of those people who get chinese characters that mean nothing tattooed on their arm.
