How to fix:
1) for me, walking a lot is key to keeping hunger in check
2) go to bed early to sleep more, so you have more of a feeling of control
3) drink loads of water in the morning when you wake up
Deciding to stick it out through hunger is the key to effective dieting. It is temporary, and those hunger pangs are false. You don't need more than 1200 calories per day.
How is walking a lot key to keeping your hunger in check? Physical activity increases the appetite more.
