This is not right.
If there are 100 kids and the pass rate is 80 and adv. pass is 20 --- that means of all the kids who took the test, 80% passed. 60% were pass proficient and 20% were adv. pass.
Since you are starting with 100 kids, you know that 20 kids got adv. pass. 60 kids got pass proficient. And 20 kids failed. There is no way to know the actual number of kids who got each rating unless you know how many kids were in each grade (and you assume they all took the test).
The 20% adv. pass is NOT 20% of the 80 passing. It is 20% of all the kids who took the test got adv. pass.
