Perhaps you have no hair there, but other people may have hair along their ass crack and he prefers not to have it there when he tosses the salad since hair there can hang on to particles of stuff.

I shave along bikini line but nothing else. If a guy is turned off by natural hair growth, he's got other issues and I don't want to date him anyway. The hair is there for a reason. It traps bacteria and reduces chafing.
