I'm not even a patient at Shady Grove anymore and I'm still tied up in the nightmare that is their financial department.

They've sent me an incorrect bill for a large sum of money every 30 days for the last six months. I've called and left multiple voicemails, emailed, everything trying to get it corrected and I've never once been able to get someone to contact me back in six months time.

For now, I'm just ignoring it and hoping it doesn't go to collections.

Wondering how this was not a delayed post from me in April. They are RIDICULOUS. Ask them for ALL the contracts - Shared Risk, Single Cycle, Multicycle. It's all in the contracts. It literally takes them nothing to email them all to you. I was so furious trying to decide all of this. My nurse gave me a second contact, you could try that. It kind of helped get ppl's attention.

what they're REALLY good at though is sending you a bill.

Dealing with them is literally the most miserable experience about trying to get pregnant. Just now it took me 2 months of constant calls and messages to get them to let me pay for my cycle. Literally the only way I got them to call me was by emailing my nurse and cancelling the cycle.

I've never dealt with a company where I have to hunt them down to pay, it's utter nonsense. I was dealing with Alexandra and I honestly have never hoped someone would be fired more. I've lost many nights of sleep wondering whether I'd get to move forward.
