I'm not even a patient at Shady Grove anymore and I'm still tied up in the nightmare that is their financial department.
They've sent me an incorrect bill for a large sum of money every 30 days for the last six months. I've called and left multiple voicemails, emailed, everything trying to get it corrected and I've never once been able to get someone to contact me back in six months time.
For now, I'm just ignoring it and hoping it doesn't go to collections.
