This is OP and I’m pronouncing Caddy/Caddie like golf caddy. I agree with PP that I would never think to pronounce it like “Cady/Katie”. It’s like the difference between Addie and Sadie.

This is OP and I’m pronouncing Caddy/Caddie like golf caddy. I agree with PP that I would never think to pronounce it like “Cady/Katie”. It’s like the difference between Addie and Sadie.

Caddie and Callie can both be short for Caroline. Callie could also be short for Calista? Caddie could be Catherine? It can really be anything you want.
