Not sure but they may have offices in Washington DC, just like you asked they has luxury condo and apartments, I can’t tell you for sure about one year lease, they may have. Kennedy Warren has sauna, health club, and indoor pool. You can get a 1515 sf 2br/2.5 bath now. It costs more than $5000 a month though.


Kennedy Warren is lovely, but expensive. I could afford but didn't want to. I went with Alban Towers right across from the cathedral. So far, I love it! It has a great gym and even an indoor lap pool.

Substantially so. However none of Westlight's apartments come with outdoor/exterior balconies or patio space. Which would bug the hell out of me.
