In fact, Trump’s supporters here are more entrenched and satisfied with his performance.
I believe that if you live in DC, you will not have a true accounting of Trump’s support nationwide, sorry.

I just wanted to write the very same post. I know hundreds of Trump voters and they are supporting him even more now than on the day of the election. Sometimes I feel like media trying to create this unedifying remorseful Trump voter.

They could either admit to themselves that they weren’t as smart as they thought they were, or they could maintain that the group actually lived up to its billing. How would you respond?
Anonymous wrote:Why be nice to them, OP? You hate them anyway. And they're smart enough to see through the phony sincerity. They know that even though they might be having buyers remorse about their vote, they also know people like you will never forgive or accept them. So why are you bothering to be nice to them? Just tell them efff-off like you want to.

Yeah, that doesn't speak very highly of those who voted for him. Sorry. He is an unmitigated disaster in every respect. Not sure why you're enjoying inflation, stagnant wages, higher health care premiums and drug prices, MUCH lowered respect around the world, the anger of our allies, paying for your beloved wall as well as all his golf games, our debased civil discourse, diplomatic and intelligence communities awash in chaos that makes us far less safe because they're too busy putting out fires or are being decimated in terms of staff to be paying as much attention to and dealing with threats as they should be, the unprecedented turnover rate in his administration, his and his cronies' utter lack of ethics, and his obvious disbelief in the idea that America is truly special, not in terms of our economic power,, which is the only thing Trump seems to care about (as regards his own private bank accounts), but in terms of our ideals. We certainly have never always reached those ideals or followed them, but they've always been there as a beacon for us to strive for in dark times, and he doesn't even care about them. Not one whit.
Just stop with the hysteria. My investments are stronger than ever, and my health care premiums are the same. And I really don’t care what the rest of the world thinks. He is the President of the United States, not the world, after all.
