Anyway, I maintain my position that they look less frumpy because they just toss a scarf on to of every outfit because their weather can be so dismal at times. A scarf perks everything up!
Also, American women wear better shoes. You'll never convince me otherwise. We don't care how impractical the shoe or how much our feet hurt if they complete our outfit, we wear them. The Europeans are much bigger on the comfy footwear.
