Do you have cysts by chance? I’m having one removed in about a month and a friend said that after hers was removed she stopped getting bloated.

a pineapple mint smoothie. i know -- sounds crazy and very specific, but it's DELICIOUS and it works. have it at night and you'll have a flat tummy the next day.

pineapple, fresh mint, water, ice.

OP here - it's something with my digestion and hormonal (worse during certain parts of my cycle), and I'm just looking to debloat temporarily so I don't get "when are you due comments" at the beach. I usually have a big salad (baby spinach and baby kale) for lunch and my stomach puffs up like crazy after eating.

Thanks for the advice all. I'm staying away from alcohol, sugar, my big salads, and am sticking to fish or chicken, plus fruits like oranges and apples.

I con't understand. Constipation = less bloating? How exactly does that work?

And another disordered post? Who are you people?
