Honestly “sleepovers” in adult years suck because it’s an inconvenience at times with work schedules and not having all of the luxuries of the comfortable from your own home. I think she’s honestly waiting till the proposal then she’ll start spending the night.

You get to have sex and she leaves.

Then you can watch tv, sleep in peace, etc

Have you tried sleeping over at her place? What's your living arrangement like? Roommates? Is your place nice or a frat house environment? Is your bathroom clean? Do you have a coffee maker? Have you made her feel at home at her place or do you insist on getting her everything from the kitchen rather than letting her help herself?
