Yes. Kennedy went to Stanford, London School of Economics, and Harvard Law.

Do you think Trump is going to nominate a recent college/law school grad to the Supreme Court? Any SCOTUS nominee is going to be at least 50.

p.s. Ben Sasse got a PhD at Yale in 2004. Was it “somewhat respectable” then?
