I was 35. We got "engaged" after a few months and eloped at 9 months.

^No registry. We were both high earners and there was really no need. Our guests still brought us gifts, though.

Very long-term FWB - mostly just friends -and I reconnected after my divorce. I was 32, he was 40. We dated for two years, got engaged, and were married in a very small ceremony (just parents and siblings) six months later. Still happy ten years later.

We were both 30 and married at 33 (engaged after two, married about a year later). I was pressured into doing a registry. I'm so glad I waited until I met him. I definitely dodged a few bullets!

Met on OKCupid at 38 (me) 39 (DH). My first marriage, his second (no kids).
Engaged at 15 months (but knew at 13 mo that we were going to get married)
Moved in together at 17 months
Married at 21 months

8th wedding anniversary this year

Yes we had a traditional registry (at Bed Bath Beyond and Amazon)

Met at 35. Got engaged two years so later. Married six months after that. Still together eight years since.

We had an Amazon registry. I didn't want to register but he has a HUGE family that likes to buy off registries, so sort of insisted. They got us some nice things!
