I know clubs like BRYC often list the same coaches for several different ages and teams. then come time for games the younger A team gets screwed in favor of the older age teams. And if your child is on the B team , Well just be happy with whatever coach isn't busy that day for to coach most all of your games. does anyone else get ticked at this ? The lack of consistency only hinders player development. I think most parents live in fear their child will be benched or even cut for challenging the clubs coaching carrousel. As much money as these clubs charge they should be able to fill a full coaching staff with a dedicated coach for each team. Also the club should hire a team manager and not rely on a volunteer parent to do the job. 1. its part of the clubs responsibility . 2. It keeps the ass kissing team parent from getting favoritism for their child. please add your opinions and thoughts.

I was not happy but stuck it out since it happened right at the start of the season. Check your agreement, I doubt if there is an out clause if they change the coach. Much of the material I read is that coaching slates are subject to change. Good luck.

You manage the TeamSnap account and set the times when people must reply by and send out weekly timeline each Sunday night or Monday morning and your job is pretty easy.
wow!!!! can you say power trip? as a parent my conversations with the person who is coaching my child has ZERO to do with you !!!! Im actually paying for his services not yours!! Team snap makes your job easy as long as you stay on top of it ... If I can't have Direct contact with the coach im paying for we are gonna have a problem. Ive seen managers who are so late adding team events it screws the team then they blame it on the coach saying I was told not release it yet Total BS . actually Team snap eliminates that part of a managers role have the club set the schedule and the coach can verify who is there. manager just show at games with players cards and sit and watch the game!!!
