I live in Beverly Hills, California and usually run past the house where the Menendez brothers killed their parents. The new owners seemed to have changed nothing. It gives me the creeps just running past it.

So creepy! People actually sit in that family room and watch TV?! I could not do it.

I have seen that house. The property is the most valuable thing about it (flats of Beverly Hills) and people routinely knock down houses and rebuild. I have no clue what the owners of that house didn't. Yeah, I would not buy that house unless I intended to knock it down.

And that crime scene was a blood bath - they were shot like ten times each. That blood had to drip into the floor boards and the people had to repaint over fragments of the father's skull and brains! No, no, no...

Lol! We may be related.

Not just watching any tv, but any Menendez documentary/tv series!

I would never. My imagination would get the best of me and I know I wouldn't able to stop recreating the scene in my mind everytime I entered THE room where everything went down.

There's also another site that lists a lot of murder houses in FFX Co.https://www.fracturedfairfax.com/Death_Houses_in_Fairfax_County.html

It depends on the house.

I looked at one in California and immediately new something was amiss. It’s a feeling rather than just the knowledge.

Still, I would not buy the place because I know that other people are creeped out, and this would affect resale value.

This right here. I could get over it, but I know others couldn't.

I absolutely would not.

Anyone know what became of the house in NW where the family was murdered a few years back?

Yes. The world is hundreds of millions of years old. Terrible things have happened on every square inch of the earth. I don’t see why someone being murdered is different.
