I would get dull headaches during the first week or two when I started IF, but since I was checking my blood sugar multiple times a day, I knew it wasn’t related, I was in a normal range.
What helped me, increased water intake, increased sea salt on foods, started taking magnesium & potassium supplements.
As another poster said, best to get a meter and monitor your sugar level, until you get a feel for things.
