I disagree with the punishers. Punishing just breeds resentment along with possible grudging, probably temporary, compliance.
Instead just tell her when you expect her then give her a five-minute warning and then announce it's time. If she comes, great, reward of a hug and compliment and some fun. If not, you say how late she was, and "let's see if you can get here quicker tomorrow." If she's quicker in the ensuing days you compliment and hug, and some fun activity for the amount of time she beat her time the previous day. Make it as fun as possible to come home on time.

Parenting is a wonderful and amazing role we have as moms, however sometimes we are presented with parenting challenges that we can find difficult to handle.

Thank goodness on some days for forums and parenting resources that have valuable information to help on this parenting journey. Here's one of my favorites - https://bit.ly/2GymIxq

Have a look and hope you find it useful too. Be encouraged. you are a good mum. All the best.

"It is time to come in. You can come in now and we can have dinner and a nice evening. Or you can fight about it, still have to come in now, and you have a consequence for for not listening" and then stick with whatever that may be - no outside time the next day, no dessert, whatever is impactful.
