I didn't do anything for level III. I just got a letter asking if my son could recieve level III services next year.

I point blank asked our AART that and she never answered that.


Maybe each school does it differently. Level III is a school thing, not a FCPS thing.

Our school said they automatically consider those who applied for Level IV for Level III without us doing anything. DS was accepted into Level III last week. I'm anxiously waiting Level IV appeal.

We were told that Level 3 will be decided by school teachers and we have not received any info on that from school.

My DC received a notice yesterday that she was accepted into Level III AAP. The note came come in her school folder. It's nice to have this in our back pocket as we await our appeal results!

Results come in the mail. We don’t have a LLIV (if that is what you mean by school-based aap?) so I can’t amswer that part.
