Subject: pay for babysitter
I pay $20/hour and my neighbors do too. For one toddler. Who is sleeping. Racket of the century if you ask me, but I want to go to that party so what are you gonna do.

Holiday is way too low, but $16/hour is fine for a high schooler there with 2kids.

Are they not worth hiring someone qualified + experienced??!
You are putting them in danger by hiring a five dollar an hour sitter.
Same thing with the mom who left her three kids on NYE while she was out partying for nearly a whole 24 hour day for a measly 120 bucks.

Our neighborhood hs kids charge $10-12 and dinner money. Works for me. I always round up. They're sweet and play nicely with my 3 year old.

Then just leave your baby alone. Oh, wait! She is there in the event that your baby wakes up and cried or there is an emergency she can contact you. Her time is also valuable!
