Do yourself a favor and look up who did well financially during Obama’s eight years. Wages remained stagnant, while the uber rich got even richer. Millions of Americans lost their homes. Meanwhile Wall Street billionaires were bailed out with taxpayer money after they destroyed the economy and not a single bankster went to jail. And who do you think made money off of the ACA and Obama’s refusal to pursue a public option or Medicare for All (despite having a supermajority)?

Someone with a little time probably already has looked at zipcode voting trends and how diverse the schools are.

Yes, segregation is a problem for sure all over the US. But if you think that white conservatives are welcoming black and brown residents into their neighborhoods you are delusional. I grew up in the midwest in a conservative town that was 99% white. Over the past few decades it is slowly becoming more diverse and as black and brown people move in, the whites are leaving. I hear the grumbling about it among my white former classmates. These are not liberals complaining about the changing demographics. They all voted for Trump.

Whites in general tend to start leaving places when the non-white population gets to be a certain percentage. It doesn't matter if they're conservative or liberals and it's an indictment of white culture.
