CYA is now plagued with E and some scattered C license coaches.
Consequence? Talent lost to neighbor clubs, mediocre results at best, some good ol’ nepotism for those who stick around and a massive debt accrued by purchasing the field house to salvage the brand.
Why do people let phony inexperienced, unprofessional and unprepared wackos take on director roles if they are going to decimate a program? Oh that’s right, more nepotism. What a cancer that plagues all layers of society!
