My routine is to mix up a simple combination of oils using one of the recipes available online; gently massage it into my skin; and then steam my face for 5 minutes; and then wipe off. I don't cleanse again afterward, just put on Cerave overnight moisturizer. My skin looks great from this routine. I'm 47.

Oil on my face - instant zits. I've tried them all.

I use Nerium's Double-Cleansing Botanical Face Wash; it cleanses like nothing I've ever used before including hard to remove eye makeup. It's oil based, that then lathers with water.

I use jojoba oil straight. I was scared for a while, but should have switched long long ago. Best thing for acne. How is best to tell if I would benefit from a blend?

I also use the Burt’s Bees. No need to cleanse after. I use toner after and the cotton pad is always clean.

I use a mixture of Castor Oil, avocado oil and rosehio oil. I rub the oil into my face while the water is getting hot in the sink. I use a clean cotton washcloth and get it wet in the hot water and then hold it over my face. It’s like a mini steam facial. I wipe my face with the washcloth and rinse it and do it again. I don’t use soap or cleaner afterwards. On the rare occasion that my face feels dry I use Argan oil.

If the oil cleansing is followed with a regular cleanser, you are using the double cleansing method.

If not, then you are using the oil cleansing method.

I don’t follow the rice bright oil with anything but water. It feels like it completely rinses from my face.

I don't follow with a regular cleanser. When I tested it with toner the cotton ball was clean. I don't feel I need another cleanser or toner.

I use a warm washcloth to wipe off the oil. I apply the oil to dry skin.

My skin looks so much better.
