It's a good resource for handymen, appliance repair, plumbers, etc...
Also, on our Nextdoor neighbor site, people often advertise for handymen services.

We used a company called Practia in Fairfax (we live in DC). He was excellent, super easy and he did a great job at a very reasonable price.

A stud is ideal but if you don't hit one or have metal (like in a condo) toggle bolts are definitely enough. TV's aren't that heavy.
