Thanks OP. After reading your thread I decided to try brown cow cream top full fat yogurt. Did find any, so bought trader joe’s 1 lb container. Ate it in one sitting. If had more would have probably had another one for dinner. Yes, if 32 oz is too much, eat 16oz. Enjoy.

It is brown cow. I learned about it here. I eat it completely plain. I bought stonyfirld 0% fat as a substitute and I’ll see if it is as satisfying.

I think you're going to feel really sad. Stonyfield is so grainy if you don't get the full fat. I would suggest eating the kind you like but cutting down to one or two servings a day.

...you eat 2 lbs. of yogurt a day, every day? That’s insane.

32oz each day? I wouldn't poo for a week! Bravo to your intestines & digestive abilities. Mine are jealous.

2 pounds of yogurt a day sounds like a lot.

Based on http://www.browncowfarm.com/cream-top/plain/ you would be eating 108.7% of your RDA of saturated fat just from the yogurt; if you're adding boiled eggs chicken and oil from the roasted vegetables on top of that you could probably cut back.

It would probably be better to eat less of it and mix in fruit to bulk it up. Or make it into a dip for raw vegetables.

It’s not just the calories. You need to address the fact that you are eating four servings of it every day instead of one.

Op, I think it’s excellent. You’re getting a good amount of calcium, fat for absorbing it and probiotics. Enjoy it.

No, it's not the yogurt. I bet if you only ate 32oz and nothing else, you will def. lose weight.

Dairy fat is not healthy. It’s saturated fat.

If you’re craving it and it fills you up, I say totally fine. Dairy fat is healthy. Why not keep eating one daily - I bet after a few weeks at the latest you will feel less interested and can move on. Just eat it plain though I hope.

No. Dude. Step away from the yogurt. That's way too much. I don't eat 32 oz of any one thing. Ok sometimes I drink that much beer but that's bad for my weight too ha ha ha

Can you sub nonfat or low fat for part of that? Also seems like your getting a lot of protein
