Agree with most of these tips. I am post menopausal and to lose weight need to keep portion sizes small, cut carbs and sugar, and no eating after dinner. To maintain weight, I basically need to do the same which is very depressing but it is what it is.

I'm just being illustrative, but those have worked for me. If you can up the intensity of your gym workouts, that is a massive plus. That said, you can eat through pretty much any normal workout with bad dietary habits.


This is very helpful.
The only thing I would add is to cut the breads, pastas, etc. They are a treat in limited quantities.
