- No eating past 8pm on weeknights, for any reason.
- Alcohol no more than 3 times a week.

I'm just being illustrative, but those have worked for me. If you can up the intensity of your gym workouts, that is a massive plus. That said, you can eat through pretty much any normal workout with bad dietary habits.
This is very helpful.
The only thing I would add is to cut the breads, pastas, etc. They are a treat in limited quantities.
