Fine by me. The Senate is likely to flip in a few months. Once Dems have control, the same rules will apply to them. That what you want to risk, when nothing is on Congress’s docket until after midterms? Have at it.

It's a euphemism for the way the cases are handled. They cannot keep them because they cannot handle the numbers--so, they release them with a court date which they ignore.

Why can't they handle them? $40 billion dhs budget = 1 million per apprehended person.

14 billion just devoted to customs/border patrol = $368,000 per apprehended person.

Seems like it would be more cost effective to just let them stay. White supremacy sure is expensive!
