I actually don't have childcare issues, I do have issues with other female (or male) employees who can't get their s*it together regarding childcare, and maintain next to no leave because of it, and then they want to take LWOP. Sorry, not happening.

Anonymous wrote:Depends on the boss in our agency. I was approved and basically did a part time schedule for a few months instead of going part time. I didn't mention a word to anyone but my boss, and I think that's the reason it worked. If you have a boss who wants to go to HR for everything, you will probably be out of luck. (Timesheet reflected my LWOP and time out of the office accurately, so I don't feel bad at all. If someone wanted to follow up on this issue, they could have.)
