That's all? They should offer a free cycle.

More than one free cycle. Obviously, it will take many more cycles to produce a viable embryo at 40 than at 35. Since it's their error, they should account for all these differences unless they want a a class action lawsuit.

I just want everyone to know that this was due to HUMAN ERROR. They cannot be trusted even with alarm system on.

+1000. It's a few hundred to store embryos a year but thousands for a cycle. Cheap bastards.

Absolutely no way I would accept this. What a slap in the face! I would demand a free cycle, free wmds and free storage. Even that doesn’t begin to fairly compnensate for the loss.

I monitor at this faculty. I did my first IVF at dominion in VA, and then we moved.
I’ve gotten weird bills, that aren’t correct, that no one can figure out. They are a mess in the morning for monitoring.
Really glad I didn’t try and bring my embryos to them. Interestingly they won’t accept shipped embryos.
You have limited options in North East Ohio. So glad I had dominion fertility here.

So awful!!!!! I wonder what controls/alarms/alerts they had in place. This shouldn’t happen!

Personally I would not use this clinic again unless they prove they have made the changes to prevent another incident.
