Absolutely not. It's none of your business who your date had sex with the night before or the morning of their SECOND date with you. Maybe he wants to have one last hurrah before getting serious with your friend? Who knows and it doesn't matter because he owes you no explanation. Just because you would have a problem with this doesn't mean everyone else would, so don't put her in an awkward position (cause it will be awkward for her that you know so much about your friend's sex life) and keep it to yourself.
