I don't think these are all current; the school sites are a lot vaguer in some cases so I would not bank on it 100%.

That’s why I’m asking ... I’m hoping people with personal experience or knowledge will help create and updated, accurate list.

My experience is with privates in another area, but there's flexibility in how schools give remission, whether they will admit it or not: if they want you a lot and your job is hard to fill you may be able to negotiate more. Conversely they can be very selective about granting it (i.e., at a big private I know, teachers get a certain amount for up to 2 kids--but there have to be spaces in the class, and years can go by before that happens--or it's sooner, if the school is very motivated to find the space). They're also selective about whether an administrative staffer or part-timer gets any remission (even if it's a substantial part-time schedule). I'm not sure you're going to get meaningful accuracy in this list.

FYI - My DCs have attended schools that have different remission amounts applied to each teacher/staff child (e.g. 1st child receives 100%; 2nd child receives 60%, etc.).

You have to apply for aid, so it depends on the faculty member's financial circumstances. They typically do not include the faculty member's salary from SFS in the calculation, however if the faculty member is married to someone with a substantial income or if the faculty member has assets or savings, they would not qualify for much, if any, aid.

NCS is 50% for a daughter attending NCS but there is no budget for a son attending STA, it isn't 50% there, you apply for financial aide. - signed current faculty member
