PP - No, but if I can expand my timeline.
Year 2 - major issues: he quit his job, read comic books all day, I became the sole breadwinner and still remained the cook and cleaner, he stopped having sex with me.
Year 3 - one day I came home to find that he had packed his bags and left!
Year 4 - he refused to come to the divorce proceedings, and kept begging me not to get a divorce
Year 5 - he tried to rekindle our relationship but I has already moved on
Year 6 - I met someone really great
Year 7 - we got married
Year 9 - beautiful baby boy
Year 11 - lovely baby girl
Year 12 - happily ever after????

In June he finally decided to tell me he was done (he hadn’t agreed to do counseling or anything and I found out later he’d been cheating on me before he left).

We did not have a contentious process at all, but it took multiple sessions, interrupted by the holidays, and then the lawyers reviewed everything and we had to negotiate some minir things. He filed in May and the divorce was granted in July.

Right. We separated in February and were granted our divorce the following July. So 18 months from start to finish. This was in VA which also requires a year of separation with kids.
