OP, all colleges with any quality and selective admissions will consider diversity in some way. Drop the persecution complex, or enjoy your kid's degree from an online for-profit college.
You have mental issues, dude or dudette.
OP asks a perfectly reasonable question. So reasonable, in fact, that the US is one of the few openly racist systems in the developed world.
Get a passport and a brain.
This is so stupid it's almost funny. Sweden doesn't have affirmative action because it doesn't have a disgusting history of slavery and Jim Crow that created an unlevel playing field among applicants, you dimwit. But I'm sure when your kid can't get into a community college you'll find a way to make it a minority's fault.
LOL!!!! Oh, honey. What you don’t know about Swedish History could fill the Baltic Sea.

Doh!

I'm often stunned at the sheer ignorance on this site. All European nations were involved in the slave trade and colonialism in Africa. Here's Sweden's role. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swedish_slave_trade

Charles Univ. in Prague would be incredible too but I'm not sure how healthcare works, the isolation factor as an international student, cost of flights home etc.
Is there a person out there with experience of these universities?

Plus, there are large set-asides for Beijing residents for Peking and Tsinghua and Shanghai residents to JiaoTong and Fudan. In India, there are quotas for university admissions and public sector jobs for adivasi (scheduled tribes), Dalits (scheduled castes), and "other backward classes." Malaysia's constitution enshrines Malay supremacy and there are hard limits on ethnic Indian and Chinese in jobs and education.

Any of those have great universities, focused on academic excellence not race, and very affordable even for international students. And with degree in English.

also almost anywhere in Eastern Europe. they all have degrees in English which are comparatively cheap. but you will actually need to study. college abroad is not about "experience and "fit"

time to move on dude. look forward, leave history behind.

From OP's perspective, the fact that some dead folks had some other dead folks as slaves 200 years ago is about as relevant as the fact that the US murdered hundred of thousands of innocents in Vietnam (and multiple other countries).
He or she is just asking where they don't discriminate Asian kids as a group, so Sweden (and all other countries mentioned above, including Canada) would be worth exploring.
Grow up.

Have you ever been to Sweden? My husband lived there until he was 22. Racism is alive and well, as are violence and immigration issues, but you would never know because the media is regulated by the government so it all looks like rainbows and butterflies.
