Mmm I guess one was? But another was a D1 athlete. Because I was always more into their ambition and maturity, I didn't screen as much for looks.

Not bragging. Just stating a fact. DCUM likes to believe rich people are miserable?

No one said they are miserable. PP said “their lives are not that great” which I took to mean “not as carefree and perfect as you are imagining.”
Some people get lucky but by and large life involves ups and downs for everyone. If PP can’t get attract a rich, ambitious man the it serves her to at least not over glamorize a life she’ll never have.
