+1 WUSTL is a safety school for kids who didn't make it to ivies and ivy-equivalents. kids are ambitious and smart but not exceptional and tend to have a huge inferiority complex.


why is this relevant for this thread. sure Wash U is not ultra elite but the students are very smart and you wouldnt expect such a thing to happen.


the school prob attracts a lot of southern kids which would make such a situation more likely
