I find it very interesting, because it offers an opportunity to see what types of endeavors are more likely to lead to high income/wealth, other than being born into it.

A lot of it is just people who bought at the right time, usually older people.

Now their kids may live there...especially true in places like CA where there's a limit on property taxes.

Small business owner. Neighbors are other business owners, doctors, dentists, and investment/finance types. No lawyers.
