I'm the guy who above said "sack up.“ Given that you're not a guy, " labia up" is more apt. I guess PP was being a bit sarcastic, but the general point stands - believe in yourself and your worth and stop sniveling for another. It's just not attractive and will only make you feel worse about yourself. (I do acknowledge my own, inaccurate gender assumptions, but don't think that detracts from my advice more generally.)

I hope you are starting to realize that this was not a good, healthy relationship, and it certainly was not love. She is doing the right thing with the no contact, trust me, best thing for her but also best for you.
