We used them for a multi-city trip to Europe and it was great to have them take care of all the details with transfers, within Europe flights, etc... The hotels were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and as as others have said, there are extras from the hotels and we received a rebate from our Costco credit card.

And 2% rebate if you have the Costco black card.
