1. Her half brother himself says they haven’t been in touch since 2011. So no she doesn’t really know him and he doesn’t really know her.
2. Harry is a grown up in his mid thirties. He’s not a teenager.

Kate has been on the cover probably a dozen times with photos taken from various events, but I actually think this one is posed because she also gave them an exclusive interview. Either way, it doesn't bother me. Good for her.
