I would certainly get work done, especially if my livelihood depended on it, but would be more subtle. Their “look” is not attractive to me.

Woman here - I used to not understand it, now I'm just amazed at well they work it. If I had endless funds and access to the best in plastic surgery I'd go the Kardashian route myself.
