I always had fun in Adams Morgan. you can easily change bars or "disappear if needed. Plenty of woman hanging out and never have anybody minded if you join them for and hour or all night.

I’m out of town this weekend but would join you if I were at home. I’m divorced and totally get where you’re coming from. I’ve had fun nights in Old Town going out by myself. Try Fish Market. There’s also an Irish pub near Fish Market (blanking on the name) that has a fun vibe. I also go to Jackson’s in Reston Town Center. I know it has a reputation as a cougar bar, but the people watching is great and I’ve had good conversations with strangers. No dancing though.

Okay, this might not come together for tonight, but hopefully for next weekend? And the future more generally? I don't know if my meet up is up yet, I'm going to check. Also I can make a random email address and post it here, but is that allowed? I thought that was against DCUM rules.

Also, to the person who is married and just wants to go out: I see no reason why it has to be limited to people who are separated/divorced. Anyone married can relate to marriage difficulties, right? And besides it's not a support group, it's just women being women going out. Yay! Let's make this happen.
