Yes, I'm wondering why it bothers OP. You might want to take a look at that, OP. Even though I don't think it's worth worrying about, maybe it's a deal-breaker for you.

I have a big social circle and there's definitely been some of this at play within it. I've stayed friends with a few people I dated over the years, and now I'm friends with their wives or girlfriends. I don't bring it up, I don't know if they know, and clearly if they do, it doesn't matter to them.

I don't think your situation is a big deal. She might feel that it is, and hopefully nobody will make her feel like a ho because of it.

I probably wouldn't be comfortable with it initially, but if I was really into the person I would keep dating them. If I felt "meh"...I'd probably break it off.
