I don’t think there is any safe way to loose this much this fast.
Why can’t you reschedule the fertility treatment.
Op here- I'm not expecting to lose that much weight in 2 months. I said ideally I'd like to lose 40-50 lbs before I got pregnant but understand it may not be that much as I start femera at the end of February/beginning of march. My RE is completely fine with me going forward with the meds at my current weight. She said obviously losing some weight (even 10%) could be helpful at achieving this but there is no danger in me getting pregnant. I'm 5'3" and around 170 lbs. I'd like to be around 130 ideally but would be happy with a 20 lb weight loss before getting pregnant. & no, we aren't re-scheduling.
That’s good.
Are you also looking into physical activity to help raise your metabolism?

Hi OP- I have PCOS too and a similar BMI to you when I was ttc... I was put on metformin and worked out a lot. I tried not to follow a rigid diet - just portion control and eliminating a lot of mindless snacking. I lost about 10 percent of my weight and got pregnant very easily. Good luck to you!!
